Set up the laboratory according to the analysis need before the device list
In a grain, flour, feed or licensed warehouse laboratory, the scope of investment starts with products, parameters and daily capacity. The workflow is planned from sample acceptance to result recording; The need for rapid analysis system, auxiliary equipment and reference control is evaluated together. Existing space and equipment are also included in the project scope.

| Title | Information to be evaluated |
|---|---|
| Sample acceptance | Taking, identification and storage of samples representative of the lot. |
| Preparation | Grinding/cuvette requirement by division, weighing and method. |
| Analysis and verification | NIR/NIT, moisture, hectoliter or other required methods;reference check. |
| Registration and use | Result transfer, user tasks, cleaning and maintenance routine. |
Device, auxiliary equipment and installation package
Operations requiring separate equipment are separated by the parameters measured by the main device. For example, composition analysis, sampling, and reference verification are different stages. Sample divider, scale, probe, appropriate cuvette and consumable needs are determined according to the working method. The space's work surface, electrical and data connectivity needs are matched to device specifications.
Post-processing output and quote scope
Main devices, auxiliary equipment, calibrations, accessories, installation and user training should appear as separate items in the offer. Sample samples, control steps and task distribution are planned for commissioning. If the facility has official permit, method or certification needs, it is defined separately at the beginning of the project; It is not assumed to be complete with device supply alone.
How should you prepare your request?
- Business type, products and parameters to be measured
- Number of samples per day and target workflow
- Area, available devices and infrastructure information
- Installation schedule and user/training needs
Also specify the application location, desired service, access/delivery conditions, if any, and appropriate date range. Create a service request with device information.
