What steps are covered in user training?
The training covers daily opening, correct product selection, sample loading, basis for reporting results, output or data transfer, and routine cleaning in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. The error message indicates what information to save and when to request technical support. If there is more than one user, task distribution and control sample tracking can be included in the program.
Post-processing output and quote scope
Installation controls are matched with the delivered configuration and accessory list. The scope of commissioning is explained through sample measurements and usage flow. Clarify the product/parameter calibrations for XGrain and SGrain, the flour cuvette and the need for external supply of SGrain before installation.
