On what basis will the protein result be compared?
Rapid protein analysis supports decision making in grain acceptance and production control with appropriate calibration. When comparing the device result with the reference laboratory, the sample must represent the same batch and the moisture basis and nitrogen-protein conversion factor must be compatible.

Calibration, device and scope of offer
Review protein coverage on XGrain and SGrain with the sample matrix on the product pages; Include the cuvette for flour in the selection. The reference method is used to develop and monitor the performance of the NIR calibration. The same accuracy or suite of parameters should not be assumed for all samples until the desired products and ranges are clear.
