FOSS Infratec Sofia is a portable NIR analyser developed for rapid evaluation of whole grain samples at grain receiving points and field applications. Without grinding the sample; It helps measure protein, moisture, fat and other quality parameters dependent on calibration.

The device, which weighs approximately 9 kg, can be transported to different reception points and used in a fixed position in the vehicle.
