Evaluate calibration with sample and reference method
To evaluate the measurement difference in NIR, protein and moisture devices, it is necessary to compare the same sample, the same reporting basis and the appropriate reference method. The purpose of the control is to demonstrate the usability of the device within a certain product and measurement range. After new product transition, transportation, maintenance or unexpected results, the need is evaluated on a device-by-device basis.

Scope of performance control, tuning and new calibration
Checking the existing calibration with reference, evaluating the required setting and developing the calibration for the new product are separate studies. Addition of a new product may require adequate sample diversity, reference results, and device/software compatibility. It becomes clear in the preliminary evaluation which work the request covers;A single reference result may not represent the entire operating range.
Post-processing output and quote scope
The device under review, product/parameter scope, comparison conditions and recommended next steps are agreed upon. The nature of the report or document, the references used and service limits are specified before the offer. Control samples to be monitored after application and the need for re-evaluation are planned according to the use of the device.
