Infracont SGrain is the NIR analyser we manufacture to bring protein, moisture and calibration-dependent composition analysis of grain and flour samples to different work locations. It can operate with an external 12 V power supply.
If you want to analyze samples at different receiving or production points rather than transporting them to a single laboratory, consider the SGrain. The 10 kg housing, 5,7 inch touch screen and built-in thermal printer enable on-site measurement and recording flow under suitable operating conditions.
External power supply, cable and connection compatibility for 12 V use are determined at the offer stage. Plan work surface, environmental temperature, and sample preparation setup as well as frequency of handling. Check product–parameter match for whole grains, oilseeds and flour/milled samples with appropriate cuvette. The following examples were selected from the factory calibration list; The package installed on the device to be delivered is also verified.

The technical chart is based on the official model sheet. The version and hardware scope to be delivered are specified in the offer. Analysis time belongs to the measurement of a sample; Sample acceptance, cleaning and verification steps are also included in the daily capacity calculation.
In order for the device to convert the spectrum into a result, calibration of the relevant product and component is required. The information “measures wheat” does not mean that the same package covers every grain or all parameters. Specify the sample type, target parameter, expected upper/lower values, and reference analysis method.
The nitrogen–protein factor used in the protein result and the dry matter/original sample basis should be comparable. Determine acceptance criteria by comparing instrument and reference results with representative samples at the installation; Review the inspection plan after new crop, season or maintenance. Appropriate calibration is required for each product–parameter pair. The measuring range of the loaded package and sample is verified at the time of quotation and installation.
A separate, suitable flour pan is required for flour and associated milled samples. Calibration and cuvette are selected together.
